Brian Gephart - President

Brian Gephart has over 12 years of I.T. recruiting, sales, and management experience. A 1992 graduate of Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Brian began his career working for Sprint Communications. In 1995, Brian joined Computer Resources Group (now Comsys) in Sacramento where he was a Technical Recruiter. In 1996, Brian became the on-site manager for a new Computer Resources Group territory in Utah, which was enormously successful. In 2000, Brian joined Programmers Inc in Glendale, California. In 2001, he opened up a new territory in Utah for Programmers Inc, which had strictly been a Southern California company up to that point. In 2003, Brian became Director of Staff Augmentation for Spring2 Technologies, and in August 2004, was named President of Apremis.

Brian is married and has three children, including a son who has Autism. Brian enjoys sports, movies, and good books. He is very active in athletics and in community, religious, and civic events. He coached Apremis Technology Placement sponsored men – and women- basketball teams to the Utah Summer Games Gold Medal in 2006, and coached an Apremis Technology Placement sponsored men’s basketball team in the Utah Summer Games to a Gold Medal in 2007.


Eric Drage - Managing Partner

Eric Drage has almost 10 years of IT sales and recruiting experience. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1994 with a BS in Physical Education and a minor in Communications. He was a 4 year letterman in football and became an Academic All-American his Senior year. After he graduated, he played one year of professional football with the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. After teaching high school for the next three years, he moved into the business world and began his career in staffing. He spent one year with SOS Staffing as an account Manager. He then moved up to technical staffing where he spent 6 years with Systems West, helping them enjoy steady growth. Eric joined the Apremis team in January of 2005 as a Managing Partner. Eric remains very active in football still. He was the Head Coach of the Wasatch Wildcats for 2 years and is currently the Offensive Coordinator of the Utah Wolverines, both local semi-pro football teams.

Eric is married and has three children. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and fishing. He is very active in athletics and his religious responsibilities.
